Hello, I am Stacey Megginson. I am a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach all certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 16 years. When I first started on this journey, I was the overweight trainer in gym. Based on my military training, I thought all you had to do was exercise to lose weight and I was completely wrong. Even though I was a certified trainer, I was clueless on what it took to lose weight but with a lot a trial and many errors, and more importantly, studying nutrition on a molecular level, I was able to lose about 30 pounds and reduce my body fat to 4.5%.
